Thanks for taking the time to scour our Community space for potential solutions, ste-seselectrica.

I've checked her on our end and there's no reported case where customers having an issue with connecting Online banking with iOS. If your bank is supported under Open Banking regulations, we can connect your accounts and credit cards to view of all your finances and cash flow. To learn more about this one, check out this article: Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking.

If it is supported, try signing in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

Then, try connecting your bank feeds using Open Banking again:

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Select Connect account from the landing page, or select Upload transactions if you already have an account.
  3. Search for your bank and tap Continue. Read through the terms and conditions, then hit Agree.
  4. Follow the steps on your bank's internet banking page to authorise QuickBooks to connect to your bank account. Once you authorise the connection, you’ll be redirected back to QuickBooks.
  5. Choose the bank accounts you want to connect, and which accounts they will link to in QuickBooks.
  6. Press Connect. QuickBooks is now connected to your bank accounts and your transactions are now available in the Banking menu.

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browser to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
