I've tried to use the bank's login URL (https://business.santander.co.uk/olb/app/logon/access/#/logon). However, I'm unable to see an option to connect it. In your case, I recommend verifying if there's ongoing system maintenance on their website by logging in to Santander 123 Business account. This way, you can check if there are notifications that will need your attention.

 

In the meantime, to categorize your bank transactions on time, I suggest downloading them from your bank and manually uploading them to QuickBooks Online. Ensure to review the entries if it is in the correct file format.
