I can't reconnect my bank account despite going though the process numerous times. It says its connected but when my bank transfers me back to ituit it times out and says bad xml

But before we start, may I know what is the name of your bank? This is to ensure that we'll be able to know if there are issues on your bank's end. Moreover, let's run a manual update to ensure your bank transactions are updated. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Settings icon.
  2. Choose Bank Account.
  3. Click Refresh All

This will help restore the bank connection and trigger updates to your bank transactions. However, if you're still getting the error, you'll want to manually import transactions in the meantime to keep up with the latest updates. I also recommend reaching out to our support team to double-check your account.
