Question

I can't renew my bank feed, I have tried incognito, different web browser etc but just won't update. How do I renew my bank feed??

Thanks for taking some troubleshooting steps before reaching us here in the Community, @toriroberts.

 

As an insight, QuickBooks automatically release the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT. Let me help get the bank feeds working for you.

 

First off, let's ensure you're using the updated supported browsers for the best and secure experience. Then, let's go to the Banking menu and select Update.

 

You can also click the Edit sign-in info to update your bank info. Then, follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Enter your updated bank website username or user ID and password. If Error 103 appears, select the Reconnect my account link and enter your new username or password.
  2. Hit Save and connect
  3. Once you see a confirmation message, click I'm done, Let's go!
