I can't see the payee information in full while reconciling, previously I could drag the column widths. I don't seem to be able to do this now?

We're not aware of any issues modifying the column width when reconciling in QuickBooks Online. 

To check for any browsers issues that may be causing this, please save the reconciliation and log into QuickBooks via a different web browser/incognito window.
