I can't sync my Tide account properly. It did it when I first linked them but has not updated. When trying again, it sticks on the 'connected accounts' page

Hello Userannadarbzi, does it bring up an error number when you try to connect it back up and when did it last connect? Are you doing this on a pc or a mobile device can we ask? Thanks
