I cannot get my account to link with bank account. I have contacted quick books about this and requested call backs but have not received any help thus far.

Hello Janebarker,  We're sorry to hear you have not received the help you need. We'd like to take a look at what is causing the bank connection not to link. Which bank is this with and do you get an error message when you try and link. Also, can we check does this happen on both a mobile device and laptop/computer? Thanks very much.
