Question

I cannot reconnect nationwide bank. i have removed it, deleted cookies. now it is says "sorry cannot process your request at this time" Its been doing this over a week.

The Nationwide bank should be available for open banking connection, @keirconway1.

 

To isolate the issue, you can start by connecting the account using another supported browser. If that doesn't make any difference, I would suggest contacting our Support Team to investigate this further.

 

To contact support:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Contact Us from the Help menu.
  3. Type in a short description of your concern under the What can we help you with box.
  4. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.

For the new Help interface:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account, then go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
  3. Type in your concern.
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Proceed with Contact us.
  6. Click Let’s talk then choose either Get a call or Start messaging
