I cannot reconnect to Bank if Scotland after using QBO for a year. QB state this is a user problem and they are not prepared to fix. Anyone have a work round?

Hiya Roger12 👋, We support Bank of Scotland, see lists of banks that we support. What is the issue you're having when connecting? Do you receive any errors and what type of account is it that you're connecting as I may be able to help get it connected for you? Thanks
