I Cant Update My Billing Information with a ne bank card to pay!

I need to update my billing information payment options with my new bank card and it wont let me
 
it says this
 
 
We couldn't process your payment. Make sure your billing info is up to date. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message. (Error code:-81624)
 
I've contacted support and had no joy at all i couldnt even get a response on live chat.
 
please help me

Hi Nathan0809, thanks for joining the Community - this error means that the payment authorisation failed; please either use a different payment card or contact your bank provider to understand why the funds are not being relinquished.

Im not trying to pay my subscription i just wanted to switch to a new bank card as my current card expires at the end of this month, how will i get my new card updated to pay for the month of October?

Its not letting me update to a new bank card
