I connected a wise business account, the current balance synced with QBO but no transactions. I was sure to set permissions all the way back to account opening date.

Thank you for writing here.

While you will connect any bank/credit card with QuickBooks Online, It will create a bogus transaction in your bank register.

Delete that transaction if that doesn't have any existence.

Or Edit that as per your statement shown.

If you think you didn't set the right starting date, then reconnect it with QuickBooks Online
