I do connect to bank, logs me to my bank,

I have tried 5 times over 6 hours but I cannot get Intuit to complete the process

First, I'd like to know if you encountered an error. That would help so I can provide a more accurate solution.

 

What I can suggest for now is to check your bank to see if they are having system issues. This can cause connection errors and you won't be able to link it to QuickBooks Online.

 

Also, make sure to select the right bank.

In the meantime, you can manually upload the transactions to QuickBooks Online. You just need a file from the bank that you can upload.
