Thanks for reaching out to the Community forum, @adam_nicholls.

For me to be able to provide the best resolution for you, can you please verify the name of the bank which no longer connects? Did you receive any errors?

In the meantime, you can update your sign-in info to reconnect bank account using the other  portal. Before doing so, make sure there are no pending transactions. If there were duplicates upon reconnecting, you can just exclude it.

To edit sign-in info, here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select Update. Choose the appropriate account. QuickBooks Online tries to connect to your bank to manually update your account.
  3. Enter your updated username and password by clicking the Edit icon next to the bank name.
  4. Choose Edit sign-in info, and enter your updated bank website username or user ID and password.
  5. Select Save and connect. QuickBooks Online will try to connect with your bank to verify your information.
  6. Once you see a confirmation message, select I'm done, Let's go!

In the meantime, I recommend checking these articles about bank feeds, as well as some troubleshooting steps for the issues you may encounter:
