I had a deposit showing up twice on the reconcile page so I deleted it now it is showing up again in the bank page how do I delete it for good?

To permanently delete the identical deposit, you'll have to exclude it first on the Banking page. Then, delete the duplicate from the Excluded tab. I've listed the complete steps below:

1. Select Banking or Transactions from the sidebar menu.
2. Go to the Banking tab.
3. Choose the appropriate bank account.
4. Locate and click the deposit to expand the view.
5. Click the Exclude link, then head to the Excluded tab.
6. Tick the checkbox of the duplicate deposit, then select the Delete button.
