I have a bank feed setup, but it consistently misses 5 transactions. I have disconnected and re-connected multiple times as advised by QB. How do I manually add?

Good day, @JimJB.

I'll help you add the missing bank transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The way QuickBooks Online downloads banking transactions depends on the data provided by your financial institutions.  To ensure you have the latest downloaded transition, let's update your bank account. Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking on the left panel.
  2. Click on the Banking link.
  3. Select the account you’re working on.
  4. Next, click on the Update button.

If you're still unavailable to view your missing transactions, manually upload them into QuickBooks. Simply follow the steps in this article: How to get transactions from your bank or credit cards and manually import them into QBO.

Once they're in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorise them. They will go into your accounts after you review them.

Let me know how else I can help you with QuickBooks by adding a comment below. I'm more than happy to lend a helping hand. Keep safe!
