I have a bank transaction that has not pulled through into QuickBooks. I have refreshed several times. T balances for bank account and QuickBooks do not match?

There can be a number of reasons for this, such as a connection issue between QuickBooks and your bank, or expiry of the Open Banking authorization period. 

If your bank is currently updating successfully, you can enter the missing transaction manually (via the + New button) or import them from a CSV file downloaded from your bank. Get back to us if there are any further issues!
