I have a linked account to my bank but QuickBooks always shows £0 balance . Have removed and integrated but is the same ?

The bank balance will be updated automatically if you've set up online banking. However, it will not change if you're importing the bank transactions manually. 

If you've set up a live bank connection, let's update the account manually. It refreshes the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Then select the Banking tab.
3. Click Update.

If the same thing happens, try opening your QuickBooks Online account in a private browser or incognito. Here are the shortcut keys:
 

• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Safari: Command + Shift + N
