Question

I have an account listed as Card ending **** but cannot find it when using the banking screen. Is it something I can change, if so, how?

Hi there, @terry-astar.

 

If the account itself is missing on the Banking page, it may be disconnected. You may need to connect the account to bring in your transactions. 

 

Connecting this account from your chart of accounts won't work if you're using a credit card. If this is a bank account, you can perform the following steps:

 

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the account you want to connect to.
  3. Select the small arrow ▼ icon next to View register from the Action column.
  4. Select Connect bank.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions.
