Question

I have been having problems doing bank updates for months. The afgentb at QBO said it was to do with a banking update but the problem is still ongoing. Help?

To make sure I'm looking under the correct investigation, could you provide the financial institution you're working with? Any further details would be a great help for us to verify this concern.

 

Meanwhile, you can manually update your bank account to refresh its connection and show new transactions. 

 

To do that:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Banking.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Select Update.
