I have entered a supplers credit on expenses menu but when its was credited to bank account and I added it it does not come off my suppliers account?

Thanks for joining us on the Community. 

 

The credit will remain on the account until this is applied to a transaction 


Is this money a refund for a previous transaction or is it a credit to be used on a future purchase?
