We'll have to make sure that we've linked the two accounts into QuickBooks, swillis13.

This can be the reason why it's not downloading transactions. However, if both of them are connected, a connection issue might be the cause of this.

In this case, we can bring in the other transactions by manually updating your bank.

All you have to do is go to the Banking menu and then select Update.

If the same issue persists, let's check your bank's website to see any update or page maintenance notification. You can get your bank's URL from QuickBooks:

  1. From the Banking tab, select Banking.
  2. Click Add account.
  3. Select your bank.
  4. Copy the URL under its name.

If you get a specific error message, you can check these links to fix it:

If the steps above don't work, we can import the transactions via WebConnect. Before doing so, we'll have to make sure that the file must not exceed 350 KB and it's in a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) or QBO (QuickBooks Online) file type.

You can check this article for the detailed steps to import transactions: Manually upload transactions.
