I have having trouble reconnecting my bank account with quick books. It says that it has done it but instead of taking my back to the app it comes up with AuthenticationfailedINPUT. Can somebody help me please?

Hello Userh-frampton19, Can we ask you to try on a browser instead of the app and if possible on a non-Apple device?
