Question

I have lost all information. There are no bank accounts synced, no income and expenditure, no trips. It's all gone!

I'll make sure you can retrieve your QuickBooks Online information. This way, you'll be able to get back to business in no time.

 

Your QuickBooks information will not be lost unless it's deleted. It's possible that you've accidentally created an online account with different login credentials and accessed it. You'll have to use the correct Email or user ID and Password to access the right account.

  1. Visit the QuickBooks Online website.
  2. Enter Email or user ID.
  3. Type in your password.
  4. Click Sign In.
