I have monzo banking and I put my rent, staff costs and stock costs in separate pots but it keeps coming up as transactions on quick books. How can I stop it from doing ?

In order for you to prevent the pots amounts/transactions being populated within QuickBooks you'd have to disconnect and reconnect the bank account, following the steps in the article provided,https://intuit.me/3Wzajih When you reconnect the account you'd select the Monzo (without Pots) option.
