Question

I have now been informed that the Co op Bank issue is related to a Quickbooks problem and not a problem with the bank. Is this going to be sorted soon ie, like yesterday!

There are some banks that aren't updated yet for open booking and the Co-operative bank is one of them. We are working closely with your bank to provide this connection and may become available in the future.

 

At this time, you can download/export your bank transactions via WebConnect as a workaround.
