I have our business account connected but would like to add 2 sub-accounts. Any idea how i can do that?

The most common way to set up a bank account with multiple accounts associated with it is to create a parent account and then have each individual card set up underneath as a subaccount.

 

After creating the parent account, you can create the sub-accounts by going to Accounting > Chart of Accounts > New > Fill in the account information and tick 'Is sub account' then select the parent account on the drop-down. You'll need to do this for each individual sub-account that you have. 

 

Please note that if the transactions download to one account with your bank provider, you should only connect only the parent account if you are looking to have the live connection. If the transactions download to the individual accounts, you would connect the subaccounts and not the parent account.
