I have recorded the last two. Vat payments but it puts the balance out by that amount between QB and the bank balance

Hi julie.woodhouse2 Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. How have you recorded the VAT payments, have you recorded them from within the taxes > VAT > record payment section and then also added the amounts in from the banking screen?

I had the same problem last quarter and need to resolve it too.  I can’t remember how I re order payment but obviously not the correct way.  I think we want to k ow how to sort it…?

Hi J1801 Thanks for reaching out to us. How have you recorded the VAT payments, did you record the payments by selecting record payment next to the filed VAT return within the taxes section and then have you also added the amounts in from the banking section?
