Question

I have signed up to quickbooks UK version – who knows how – and I need a CAD account. I can't register with my email as it's tied to the UK one. How do I just delete everything and start again?

You don't need to start from scratch. We can reuse the lists from your old company by moving your lists to a new company file. Follow these steps to cancel your account if you bought QuickBooks Self-Employed directly from QuickBooks or Intuit: 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Select the Gear ⚙ icon.
  3. Select Billing Info and then Cancel subscription.
