I just imported my customer list from my old QB's online account into my new company QB's online account. but i also imported their balances and invoices! How do i delete

Deleting transactions is super easy in QBO, ben-windsurfing-.

 

You can open each imported invoice and delete it. Just make sure that you're deleting the imported transaction and not the newly created ones. Here's how:

 

  1. Look for the imported invoice in the Sales menu.
  2. Click More at the bottom of the invoice.
  3. Select Delete, then click Yes to confirm that you want to remove it.

 

Follow the same steps for the rest of the transactions. More details about removing transactions are discussed here: Void or Delete Transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can also run an Invoice List report to quickly review your transactions. This will help you check if there are duplicate invoices. Just go to the Reports menu and look for Invoice List.
