I just need to know one thing , is it possible for anyone with access to my quickbooks online account to move money out of my banks accounts or between accounts?

Yes, it’s possible for a user to move money out of your bank accounts. This can happen when the permission level is set to Master admin, Admin, and Standard (All-access).

Please know the transfer process only happens in QBO (recording purposes). The actual money movement will only occur to your banks.
