I keep trying to link up my bank account after the connection expired. when it goes to my bank, after I've authorised the connection, it sends me back to quickbooks and I just get a buffering symbol. please can you help?

To start with, try creating invoices on a private window. It is the safest place to identify browser-related concerns. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift 

 

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. It also helps pages to load faster.

 

You can also use a different supported browser as an alternative way.  

 

In addition to, can you tell me the name of the bank you're trying to connect? So, I can check on my end for any ongoing investigation about it.
