I’m in my second month using quickbooks, I subscribed to £3.99 for the first 6 months then £7.99 after but I’ve been charged £9.60 twice

I'd like to ensure you get the support you need with regard to the charges, cody-barrett.

 

You'll want to reach out to our Customer Care Team as this will require pulling up your account. so we can review the charges. Before doing so, please check our support hours here: Support hours and types. Then, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. You can click the Assistant option or click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Enter your question and click the Continue button.
  5. Select Start a chat or Get a callback.

Checking your account in the background it looks like you've taken this subscription via iOS - as Apple are a third-party re-seller of QuickBooks we'd advise you to contact them for any billing issues. You can reach their app support through the link here
