I'm trying to connect a linked bank account but it simply won't let me click on it?

It connects the bank account to quickbooks but when asked to select linked accounts it will not let me click on it

Hi s-ycarpentryserv It sounds as if the bank account is already connected, is the bank account showing in the banking section/does it have a blue heading with the name within it and a balance and in QuickBooks balance?
