I'm trying to integrate my Stripe account, to reconcile received payments. I have an online account, but there is no Stripe app avail, only 3rd party ones that charge?

Since Stripe is a third-party application, you'll want to reach out to their support team to help and guide you with the whole integration process with QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can look for their contact number using a Google search.
