Yes, you can reconnect your bank from the mobile app. When QuickBooks is opened via mobile app, you'll be routed directly in the Dashborad. You may need to follow the steps below to reconnect your bank account in this new platform. Here's how:
- Click the Hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) at the bottom of this page.
- From the Shortcuts tab or All tab, select Transactions.
- Click the + button.
- Enter the name of your bank or you can copy the link from your bank's website and paste it in the field.
- Click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
