Question

I need to delete a payment marked as received but can't as it says it has been deposited, how do I find the deposit to delete that as we never received the payment?

I can see the payment marked against the invoice but can't find it elsewhere.

You can view and manage transactions relating to the payment account by navigating to your Chart of accounts. To do this, from the Settings wheel, select Chart of accounts > Scroll or type the name of the account that the payment was posted to in the search box > Account history. 

 

On the screen that appears, click the funnel icon in the top-left to filter for the transaction. Once located, click onto the transaction to expand and delete.
