Question

I need to manually enter bank details to a bank acct set up but no blue tile in the bank section, Why?

Thanks for joining us here on the Community, 

 

The bank tile will only appear here if there is a live connection to the bank, if you upload data via CSV (Cog > Import data > Import bank data) the tile will re-appear with the imported transactions in the for-review tab to add/match. You can also access the account by going to the Chart of Accounts and can add transactions manually by selecting the bank on the payment account field.
