I reviewed my account for the first time obvjously I have done it wrong as my bank account is totally wrong now, how do i re set it?

The bank balance within QuickBooks is populated from the transactions you have entered. You will have to compare the transactions you have entered with your bank statement to establish if you have not entered enough transactions or you have entered too many.

You may also have not entered an opening balance or if you have you have entered the incorrect amount.
