Question

I sync my bank account which is confirmed but the I'm told I need to reconnect as there's a new way to sync. i keep going in circles. any ideas?

Is this a new connection or a reconnect you are trying to do? 

 

Are you trying to do it on the Quickbooks app or the web browser version?
