I think I need to remove and reconnect my bank as I think I have done it twice.. How do I disconect my bank please?

You have me to help you disconnect your bank account, nick-njbupholste.

 

Let me guide you with these steps:

 

  1. From the Transactions tab, select Banking.
  2. Select the tile for the bank account.
  3. Click the edit (pencil) icon and then select  Edit account info.
  4. Tick the Disconnect this account on save box.
  5. Select Save and Close.

 

Take note, that when we disconnect the account, you will need to complete all the connection steps again to reconnect it. This includes reauthorising the bank by completing, printing, signing, and posting the authorisation form.
