I've tried several times to connect my bank account and everytime it doesn't connect anyone else having this problem im with halifax

I've checked our end and didn't find any reports of the same issue you stated above, @Lollypopfitness.

 

I'd appreciate it if you can provide the exact error message that you get when you connect Halifax to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) company.
