Adding credit is easy, @iwanwilliams1.

 

You'll want to go to the + New button and create a credit note from there. Let me show you how.

 

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO):

  1. Go to the + New menu.
  2. Select Credit note or Give credit.
  3. Fill in the needed details of the credit.
  4. Click Save and close.
