I want to import my data from QuickBooks SimpleStart 2013 desktop to Simple Start Online.

I tried using the trial version of Desktop Pro, however it said my file was from the Canadian version and could not be imported. I'm in the UK and bought QuickBooks Simple Start in the UK.

I tried using the import service, on the advice of your help team, however that requires two licences and the subscription I have for QBO is for Simple Start which only has one licence.

Is there any way I can import my data please?

Hi sara22,

 

 

The products are region locked so only a UK Desktop account can be imported into a UK Online account. Did you purchase the Simple Start Desktop Pro within the UK?

 

If you have the licence number of the desktop account I'd be grateful if you could send this in a private message so I can verify the product region.
