The functionality to make a bank payment is currently unavailable. You can consider using a third-party application.

QuickBooks integrates with other apps to enhance your working experience. I’m unable to personally suggest which one you should use.

However, I can help run a search to find one by going to the Apps Center. To narrow down the process, enter a keyword in the field box or browse from options displayed in the CATEGORIES section.
