I was advised to disconnect and reconnect a bank account. I now cannot reconnect at all. How do I add a bank accountant manually?

Hello Roger12 👋, To add a bank account manually please follow steps in the link, Incase required please see steps on how to upload transactions via CSV file. What bank account is it that you disconnected and when trying to re-connect do you get any errors?

Hi Becky

its a Bank of Scotland Business account.  Here are the error messages I get. Have been trying since end of May to reconnect.

ahh okay Roger12, I thought I had been speaking to you already today 😊 Is it error 401 that you receive? Sorry for asking just that the link with the error is not showing up. Thanks, Becky
