If I connect with The Co-operative Business Bank, why is the Current Account not listed as an option for linking? Two petty cash accounts are only offered to link to.

Through this, we can check if the issue you’re experiencing is caused by browser cache. If your browser is storing too much data, it causes odd behavior as it will affect its performance.

To fix this, let’s use a private window or incognito mode to open your QuickBooks Online account. It’s a good start since it won't use the data from the existing webpage cache. The following are the shortcut keys:

• For Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser, press Ctrl + Shift + P
• For Google Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
• For Safari, press Command + Shift + N

Once done, add your bank account again and choose the current account. If this works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies to refresh the system. You can also switch to other browsers to see if the problem is with the one you're currently using.
