Im having problems connecting to the co-operative bank, business account, anyone else have this problem?

Welcome to the Community, @kennystreeandgar.

 

I can share some information about connecting with the Co-operative bank in QuickBooks. Currently, there's an update about Open Banking in the UK and we are working closely with several banks including the Co-operative to provide this connection. 

 

Since there's no Open Banking option with your bank yet, I'd recommend importing CSV or Web Connect file to import your bank transactions. You can check this article for the outlined steps: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.

When do you think your banking connection with the co operative will be working again?

We don't have a specific time-frame yet, victoriajane111.

 

As long as a request has been sent we'll surely look into it and get in touch with your bank for compatibility and requirements for it to be added. If you haven't submitted a request yet, i'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Click Connect account or Add account. 
  3. Enter the bank's URL or name. 
  4. From the result list, scroll down to select the Still can't fine your bank? link.
  5. Enter the details and click Request. 

Meantime, you can use the suggestion mentioned by my colleague above.
