Im having trouble reconnecting with my bank how do I do this?

I can help you in reconnecting your bank account, @benfleetcounsell.

 

Can you tell us the bank that you're having trouble and the error you're having with the bank? That'll help us resolve the error you're having.

 

You can click the Reconnect button within the error message you received. If it still doesn't fix the error, you'll have to manually update your sign-in information.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to your Banking menu and then click the Banking tab.
  2. Click the card for the account that you're having an error and select the Edit ✎ and click on the Edit sign-in info.
  3. Enter your new credentials, then select Update.

For the meantime, you can manually download the transactions from the bank and then upload the file to your account.
