Im new to quickbooks, when I made my account I was meant to make it a sole traider account but somehow its made it a business account. How can I change it to sole traider

Could you just clarify what you mean by sole trader account? You can set it up so your tax form is sole trader under the accounts and settings section Cog wheel> account and settings>company>company type. However if you mean to change it to Quickbooks self employed from Quickbooks online then you cant it would be a case of starting all over again in the new account.
