Im port payments to my bank

import payment file from quickbooks online to natwest. file error your file cannot be imported as it contains formatting errors ? The download payment file in quickbooks is in note pad - text Can anyone help ?

So to clarify are you trying to export the transactions out of QuickBooks and when you do you get an error?

 

Are you able to take a screenshot of what you see and send it to us so we can have a look at it as well, please?
